Upon approval, your refund will be processed. Expect the credited amount to reflect in your account within 10 days, following the original payment method.
It's important to note that Kanchan Deepjyot bears no responsibility for any damage incurred post-delivery. Additionally, shipping/handling charges and reverse shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.

While we aim to maintain specified delivery times, please note that the exact delivery schedule is beyond our direct control. Typically, orders reach customers within 3-7 business days from the dispatch date.
However, actual delivery durations may vary due to the destination and our logistics partner's services. Kindly acknowledge that delivery timings are subject to change based on various circumstances.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there will be an additional charge of ₹50. If COD isn't available at a specific location, we will promptly notify customers via phone or email to update the order status.
In scenarios where our logistics partner does not serve your location, we will contact you to explore alternative delivery solutions. In such cases, we usually rely on India Post's Book Post/Speed Post/Parcel Service to ensure your order reaches you efficiently.
For international orders, please be aware that your package might be subjected to import duties and taxes. As a customer, you are responsible for settling these fees.
